Hello, I’m Sophie, a clinical reflexologist who is passionate about promoting wellness and relaxation through holistic healing. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Applied Reflexology for Integrated Medicine which I studied at Wye Reflexology Academy.

After many years working as a solicitor, I made the heartfelt decision to leave my legal career behind and pursue my true calling—helping others achieve balance and well-being. Reflexology has transformed my life, and I am excited to share its numerous benefits with my clients.

A sacred space away from the outside world where clients can feel relaxed, calm, supported and where you can unwind and experience the healing power of reflexology.
